I've been having a Disney party this morning!! Wanted "Once Upon A Dream" to play on Martinez Girlz Radio. Ended up getting a Disney compilation... TOTALLY LOVIN IT!!! It has a nice range of old school songs, park rides, lots of classic goodies! Had a lovely sing-a-long to "A Whole New World", man these songs have so much emotion!

When In Doubt: DO THE HUSTLE!

Excuses throw the rhythm off! "Brick walls are there for a reason. They give us a chance to show how badly we want something." -The Last Lecture, Randy Pausch. I want to stay light on my feet because "life's a stage." Plenty of rehearsing and persistence is required for higher quality. Simple. So, keep on groovin through your busy week! It can be tricky being flexible enough to sway with whatever the days bring. Yet sharp enough to take lead and dance to various styles. Of course, we don't become pro's unless we become beginners. Opening ourselves up to humility... there's definitely a beautiful vulnerability about the process. Just gotta honestly stick with it. Eventually, we'll gain the skill and confidence that comes with focused practice.

I wanted to take a second to encourage our spirits! Let's not allow anything (including ourselves) to hold us down. Tempo's speed up, slow down... it's just the nature of an interesting song. Why trip out about variables changing? YOU remain the constant. All you need to do is keep moving. DO THE HUSTLE!! Van McCoy's and Pan's people, show us how its done!

I took the summer to land a day job, plug into a local theater, join a choir, start a new podcast, and become involved with wrestling promotions like NWA Hollywood and Hoodslam. Getting my ducks in order. Now, I'm coming back in blogging action! As August sends a warm farewell... September enters and fall approaches in the distance!! (MY FAVORITE SEASON!!) No more laying low, time to come ALIVE! So, put your party pants on ole' friend, Blogger! Don't want to wait around... Let's celebrate life TODAY!
